By accessing and using the BIA Flow platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Services
BIA Flow provides an intelligent customer service platform based on artificial intelligence, including chatbots, ERP integration, and customer service management tools.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify BIA Flow of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to use the service to send spam, illegal, or harmful content.
5. Payment and Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually, as chosen. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
7. Limitation of Liability
BIA Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
